I had a wonderful stay at this place! The location was fantastic, with several restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The hotel amenities were top-notch, with a laundry service and ironing facilities available. I also appreciated the air conditioning in the room, especially during the hot weather. The balcony provided a lovely sitting area, and the dressing area was spacious. The in-room safe gave me peace of mind, and having a dining table was convenient. The free wi-fi in the rooms was a great bonus, allowing me to stay connected during my stay. the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that I had everything I needed.

I highly recommend this venue for everyone.

The apartment was very spacious which made it very comfortable for my wife, my daughter and me. There was a comfortable living room as well as 2 bedrooms and a kitchen. Breakfast was delivered to our room. There was 24 hours doorman service. The hotel was in a quiet neighborhood near convenient public transportation and blocks away from the Ricoletta cemetery. Very reasonably priced. The hardwired internet access was excellent.

Could have provided a bit more variety to the breakfast and a bit more coffee. I could not get the wireless internet to connect correctly, but the hardwired connection worked perfectly (and was included!).

the two bedroom apartment was lovely and spacious and the service at the hotel was excellent. Also, everything you need is in close proximity.

it would have been good to have more kitchen pans/ dishes etc and a better range of breakfast options would have been preferred.

I liked the location, the staff- everyone was very helpful and the room was clean and very comfortable, plus we had a room in the back- so very quiet also. I would definitely recommend this hotel/suites to anyone.

Size of the suite was great. The location excellent with easy access to the shops and restaurants on Av. Santa Fe. The subway was within reach too although a bit further.

We would have preferred a double bed rather than two singles joined together since there was an uncomfortable ridge down the middle - but this was a minor irritation.

Our stay at Art Suites was exceptional. The location in the heart of Recoleta was perfect and the apartment was nice and clean. The breakfast included was also good. Even though we experienced a full day electricity breakdown, the hotel concierge went above and beyond to move us to another property until the electricity was restored. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and safe stay in Buenos Aires.

We were greeted at the door by Sergio who made us feel at home and arranged for a Tango Show that night. All the staff was wonderful and very helpful. They arranged for tours, located a place to take spanish lessons and were a perfect resource for someone unfamiliar with the city. Location is great! Just a few blocks to the subway and shopping on Sante Fe. Small grocery store is located next door. Within a block, there is a meat shop, vegetable stand and nice pub, Quentinos, for empanadas, pizza or capacino. The accomodations were just as pictured and the apartment was comfortable and clean. Nice continential breakfast delivered to your room was a pleasant surprise.

The Wi-Fi had good connections but was very slow. We had brought our smart phones for access to the internet but lost connection frequently. We went to Quentino's on the corner and used their Wi-Fi daily as the hotel's access was too frustrating. There was a lan line in the apartment and we wished we had brought our laptop for more reliable internet access.

Lots of room in the 2 BR suite for 4 people as well as a very nice in room continental breakfast every morning at the time of your choice. Staff friendly and helpful. Location great for the Recoleta cemetery and saturday market.

The location was perfect! It was easy to walk to many bars and restaurants nearby. , our apartment was very spacious and comfortable. We were really impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the modern amenities that were available to us. the air conditioning worked flawlessly, which made it possible to escape from the high temperatures outside.

The walls of the apartment seemed paper-thin. We could hear the sound of people in the hallway and outside, which made it difficult to sleep soundly.

The convenience of an apartment with a kitchen , the location in Recoleta close to restaurants and shopping and easy access to tourist spots. Also -- a pretty safe area, much better than Centro. Finally -- excellent value!!!

All of the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The doormen were extremely informed and friendly. The rooms were extremely clean and the hotel was situated in an upscale and convenient neighborhood...lots of shops, restaurants, and transportation nearby.

I thought the breakfasts could have been better. Coffee was just ok and choices brought to the room could have used a little variety. However, everything was fresh and of good quality.

Spending Christmas at these apartments was one of my best decisions. the apartment had a small, well-equipped kitchen where I could cook Christmas dinner with ease. the apartment was also located in a great neighborhood with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby.

The lack of variety in the continental breakfast that was included. It consisted of coffee, bread, and some cereal, which can get a bit monotonous after a few days.

The neighborhood is calm and not noisy. 3 squares from the subway station and it is possible to get a cab just standing by the front of the hotel. The quadruple premium room doesn't have strange smells like mold.

At booking the hotel says the apartment has a jacuzzi but it is just a normal small hidromassage bathtub. The apartment is not as beautiful as the pictures shows but is really nice. The breakfast is always the same and doesn't have fruits. The wi-fi, the cable TV and the air conditioning works well.

The front of the house staff were very helpfull. Germin at the front desk gave us some great restaurant choices and his enery good. The location is great and in walking distance from restaurants, stores, and the metro. We enjoyed our stay and the city Buenas Aires.
